You can access the New Patient Registration template from Auto Consultations > ardens GENERAL or as a link from the main Reception & Administration template. You may also want to add it to your F12 Favourites for quick access.
On the home page are three links (see below) that you can add to your Practice website to allow patients to download their own new patient registration form. The layout of this form matches the template which makes entering the data easier for your administration team later on.
