It is sadly not possible for Ardens to merge individual practice logos and letter heads on to referral forms and letters. Instead, Ardens has a standard NHS logo with your practice address at the top. 

Practices do not usually have an issue with this and find that it ensures a standard letter is sent from all practices, which is always welcomed by the recipient too.

If you wish however to personalise and brand your letter head, then you are of course welcome to copy one of the Ardens templates and add your own letter head. Please remember though that if Ardens updates the original template, you will no longer be automatically using the most up to date one.
