This template can be found in the Search Box on the bottom left-hand side of SystmOne.  You can also add this to your F12 favourites launcher for your convenience.

The Digital Literacy Template is useful for any Practices promoting embedded digital champions.  This will also aid Practices to target specific groups to improve the patients understanding of digital technologies and online resources.

This template is split into 2 sections; Access and Referral.

Access

This section allows you to code the relevant services that the patient has access to.  There are also shortcut buttons to the right to check or amend any contact details, patient online access and communication needs.

Referral

This section allows you to add any applicable referral codes along with a shortcut to the Social Precribing template and to send a New Task.
