Bravery Certificates can be found under Auto Consultation > ardens GENERAL >  Bravery Certificates.  

Note: If you regularly use this template it may be useful to add it to your F12 Favourites for quick access.

The main list on the template has links to different bravery certificates of your choice. Clicking on any of these buttons will open up a bravery certificate in Word. This will merge the patients details as well as your details, and you can print this out as normal from word for the patient to colour in.

On the right hand side of the main template are two buttons that will launch Awards For Staff - choose between Superman or Wonder Woman. Great to show off to your peers if the patient thinks you have done a good job.

At the bottom left of the template are two links to external websites that have thousands of resources of other images that you could print for patients to colour in.
