The Neonatal Baby Check Template can be found under Auto-Consultation > ardens CONSULTATIONS A to B - Baby Check (Neonatal)
Note: If you regularly use the Neonatal Baby Check Template it may be useful to add this to your F12 Favourites for quick access.
The template is split into 3 sections; Assessment, Impression and Management.
Assessment: This includes the Neonatal check read code that can be ticked, highlighted with 
(yellow star) which denotes a payment field - ensure this is ticked for any Locally Enhanced Service payments.
Use the Seen with field to code details of the parent/guardian bringing the baby in for their check.
*If the baby is not brought to the appointment, 
allows you to view any history of 'child not brought/DNA' or 'failed encounter' codes.
There is a shortcut to the SystmOne 
embedded.

Record examination findings along with any numeric for height/weight/head circumference etc.
Tick boxes for you to capture Red Book Completed - The ^character denotes that the code linked to this is recommended and will prompt to complete on exit if not been added.
