It is good practice to review discharges throughout the year so that any trends such as inappropriate referrals can be highlighted. This can be used as an educational tool and potentially improve future referral outcomes.

Reports are available to monitor discharge review activity. These can be found in 'Reporting > Clinical reporting > Ardens > Referrals and Letters > Discharges | Performance Indicators'
