The Ardens Practice Manager and Data Quality session is a one hour session aimed at Practice Managers, Assistant Practice Managers, IT Managers, Clinical Leads, Senior Admin, Pharmacists and Data Quality teams.
The training will include the following content within the Ardens Clinical reporting:
CAS Reports - Central Alerting system reports identifying patients on particular medication. {Please see our Alerts and Updates Support article for more detail).
Conditions Reports - These reports are broken down by different conditions. Within the condition reports there are subfolders covering Activity in the last Month, Alerts, Case Finders, Performance Indicators and Registers.
Contract Reports - We have many useful contract reports including CQRS, Local Contracts (if applicable). NCD, NHS Health Checks, NHSE, QOF, SMI HC and Stop Smoking Services.

Prescribing Reports - Covering all the specific reports regarding Alerts, Monitoring, Repeat template management and cost savings.
Prescribing Invitations - We have created different invitation reports covering annual invites and High Risk invites. These invitation reports will allow you to bulk send a communication to patients and bulk add invite codes.
Procedure Reports - Covering smears, coils, drug injections, implants, injections and aspirations, minor surgery and pessaries.
Records, Referral and Letters and Registration reports - Covering a variety of useful reports such as record management reports, Last months referrals, and registrations, births and deaths.
Safeguarding - registers, reviews, alerts and possible concerns.
Team meetings - managing MDT reviews.
Vaccination Reports - Invitation and management reports for influenza, shingles, pneumococcal, MMR, COVID, HPV, MACWY along with some useful Childhood alerts.
Ardens Manager - If time allows, we can also give a short overview introduction to Ardens Manager which is a separate, cloud-based software product which aims to assist organisations with the administrative burden of clinical reporting and is included as part of all of the Ardens Packages. If you wish, you may also upload your SystmOne clinical data to Ardens Manager.
