This ''Anaemia' template can assist in the diagnosis and management of anaemia.

Guidance on the template will lead the clinician through the correct further investigations and referral pathways as appropriate, including Iron Deficiency Anaemia, Folate Deficiency, Vitamin B12 Deficiency, Haemolytic Anaemia and other anaemias. There is also a useful reminder of some of the causes at the bottom of the template.
