The 'Who Sees What?' template can be used by receptionists to help care navigation. This can be found from the main 'Reception & Administration' template, or can be added to your F12 Favourites list.

Note: The template follows the RCGP guidelines, which may vary between practices so this template is intended as a guide only.

At the bottom of the template there is a view of the patients last 5 appointments, any pending appointments and also a list of cancelled and DNA'd appointments in the last 3 years.
