On here you can record the various types of feedback that you may receive. There are useful links to a patient complaint form and a declaration form for any gifts received.

For SEAs, use the top tick box to report an SEA. Then in a meeting when you wish to review your SEAs, go to Clinical Reporting > Ardens > Team | Meetings > Significant Events > SEA reported in last 9 months but not reviewed. Then open the patients record and the template again to record that a review has taken place.

Caution! This will be stored in the patient notes, so you may wish to record other information securely outside of SystmOne instead.
