This template is split between 4 tabs; Home, Consultation, Counselling and Resources.

Home Tab

This tab contains some useful Women's Health information on the current patient.  For more information please see our Using The Home Tab Support Article.

Consultation Tab

This tab is split into 4 sections; Assessment, Impression, Management and If wants to wait.

Assessment - This section allows the clinician to add any safeguarding, pregnancy codes on the patients record along with access to the EDD template and other useful templates on the right hand side of this section.

Impression - This allows the clinician the opportunity to code the reason for TOP using the relevant tick boxes

Management - This offers the clinician an opportunity to code any counselling, after care advice and support.  The referral codes are also available if required.

If wants to wait - This allows the clinician to note on the record that they explained the legal abortion limit, advised to self refer and any follow ups.  There is a shortcut to the Follow Up template if required.

Counselling Tab

This tab is split into 3 sections; Timing, Medical and Surgical.  Each of these sections allows the clinician to tick the relevant counselling options for each of the different sections.
