Sending Reminders
To set-up automatic SMS appointment reminders follow the two steps below. Set this up on the computer that is left on (e.g. your gateway machine).
Step 1:
Setup > Users & Policy > Organisation Preferences > Email/SMS. Add the message that you want to send in the ‘Reminders’ field.
Step 2:
System > PC Settings > Appointments > SMS Messages Appointment/Visit SMS Messages. Configure when the reminder is sent and for which Rota Types and Staff Members to include.
